“I can remember the first time I had a panic attack. It was one of the worst things I had ever experienced. It came over me like a wave, taking me by surprise and the feelings that I experienced were some that I still can not fully explain. First it seemed to take my breath away, or at least taking away my ability to breathe. Then I started to shake and felt as though I were having a heart attack. Why You Should Add A Vitamin Regiment To Your Daily Routine
The best way to get healthy is to eat and exercise correctly, but how do you know that you are eating correctly? Research (and simple observation) tells us that we are getting further and further removed from growing our own food and the greater the separation between you and your food, the greater the lack in nutrition you’ll be able to get. One terrific way to put these much needed nutrients back into your food is to think about taking vitamins on a regular basis.
The first thing you need to think about is why you need vitamins. Not only do small children require vitamins to grow and develop in an appropriate way, but adults need it as well. Vitamins help you get better after an illness by the process of boosting your immune system and can even shore up your defenses and helping you avoid illness in the first place. One example of this is blood clotting. When you get a cut on your skin, vitamins can aid in clotting your blood and the correct vitamins can even prevent nasty scarring afterwards.
One alarming thing to realize is that most people do not get the vitamins they need on a regular basis, but the truth is that when they are sick, these people need even more vitamins. As you can see, this can lead to a prolonged amount of time being ill as well as a more tumultuous recovery.
Have you ever noticed how much more healthy and alert you feel when you eat properly? You can feel this way all the time with the correct ingestion of certain vitamins. Vitamins boost your immune system, and they also boost your energy level. With vitamins under your belt, you become healthier and happier all around. One thing to realize is that while of course vitamins will help, you should also keep in mind the fact that vitamins need to be combined with exercise and a healthy diet to really shine.
When you decide to integrate vitamins into your life, it might be best that you visit your doctor or a nutritionist. Some vitamins are best when taken with other vitamins and the cumulative result is a lot more effective. You might also want to think about things that are recurring health issues in your family and in yourself and find out what vitamins can help you with that.
A person's age also has a lot to do with the vitamins they should be taking. Young children need certain vitamins more than others to help them grow and mature, but seniors need a different set of vitamins because their body's needs are different. That is why you see the premium brand of vitamins in the store where they have distinct groups for children, young adults, parents, and seniors.
Today, there are many reasons why you should take a look at adding vitamins to your day to day routine, but the important thing is to get motivated and take a personal interest in your health. Do it today because as you get older, you will have more obstacles to overcome to get back on the road to good health.

Manage your stress -The Key to anger management
What does stress have to do with anger management?
To answer that question we first have to define the word stress.
Stress can be defined as:
-The physical pressure, pull, or other force exerted on one thing by another; strain
- A load, force, or system of forces producing a strain
- Physical, mental, or emotional strain or tension
At 155 pounds I am not a very large man. I could probably stand on a folding chair without damaging the chair at all, but what would happen if I stood on the chair for a week?
What would happen if I stood on that same chair everyday for a month?
The chair would soon give way to the pressure.
You and I are not much different than the chair I described.
Our psyche, soul or mind can only take so much. When we can’t resist the stress in our lives we eventually break. The break often manifests itself as anger.
Stress can come from the everyday pressures of life. Traffic, money problems, and time constraints may not cause stress damage immediately but long periods of exposure to minor problems can cause mini fissures.
Often times we experience stress fractures years ago. In childhood we may have been negatively affected by a divorce or maybe we experienced severe trauma by being a victim of a rape or a witness to a violent crime. If these fractures do not heal correctly we become vulnerable to stress in our later years.
Anger Management classes are geared to help you identify the stress in your life and find ways to either cope with them or change them.
